Mr. Suruadji is in charge of managing and coordinating the overall company’s operations with the assistance of all his directors.

Mr. Suruadji did both his undergraduate and graduate studies in the United States of America. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and System Engineer from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in July 1993. A year later, exactly in August 1994, he received his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Columbia University in the New York City.

During his education years in the United States, Mr. Suruadji gained very solid experience with the professional style of working at both university and corporate level.

In conducting his business and daily work, Mr. Suruadji has a strong philosophy as quoted below:

“My business philosophy is to provide the customers with high quality product and excellent services. Customers to me are my employers. I have to serve them since they are the ones who provide me with my income. My philosophy at work is to strive my very best and ask for the God’s help in guiding me to achieve my goals.”

Mr. Ruddy an Indonesian citizen, he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Building Science, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A, and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. Mr. Ruddy is a Vice President Director of P.T. Dharma Subur Satya, which involved in contract Negotiation, Project Acquisition, and Marketing Support.

Appointed as Vice President Director of P.T. Dharma Subur Satya since 1998. He has also been Project Advisor, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Deputy Site Manager since 1991. Previously, he has served as Structural Designer at The Ralph M. Parsons Company; Engineer at CALTRANS (California Transportation).

Ariono Darmawangsa, M.Sc., P.E
Operational and Technical Director

He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, California State University of Long Beach, U.S.A; Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Structural Engineering, University of California, Berkeley, U.S.A; and Master o f Science (M.Sc.) in Construction Engineering & Management, University of Southern California, U.S.A. Currently, Mr. Ariono is a Operation and Technical Director of P.T. Dharma Subur Satya, since 1998.

Previously, he worked as Senior Structure Engineer in P.T. Putra Surya Perkasa; Part Time Instructor Structural Engineering at University Pelita Harapan; President Director of P.T. Darma Strukturindo Konsultan; Senior Structural Engineer of Inconed B.V. – Dutch Marine Consultant; Project Manager of California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS); Staff Engineer of Building Diagnosis, Inc. in Costa Mesa, U.S.A.

Nursyamsu, Ir.
Deputy of Technical Director

Mr. Nursyamsu an Indonesian citizen, he Graduated of Civil Engineer, Hasanuddin University of Ujung Pandang. Mr. Nursyamsu is a Deputy of Technical Director of P.T. Dharma Subur Satya.

As a Deputy of Technical Director, he has spent the past 30 years working, start-up organisations from Engineering Supervisor through to current position. He has also been Project Advisor, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Site Manager, Engineering Staff of Head Office, and Site Construction Supervisor since 1982.
